The reviews of Odyssey make me really really look forward to watching it in the theater! I wish there were a reasonable seat available (not sold out) for the next week in Seattle. As of Wednesday, the only sets that were together for Larissa and I were in near the front row. We’d rather wait until a future date, and wow oh wow the reviews are building the anticipation of the experience.

I held an open house in Fairmont West Seattle today, a new listing of a small 1910 house. A busier open house than I’ve seen in a few weeks, with the parties primarily interested in the price point in this neighborhood before deciding the house wasn’t right for them (too small at 900 square feet, or no grass, or no formal dining room, or didn’t like the floors — all things that would have lifted the home out of their price point). Open Houses have been so quiet the past month as people dodged the World Cup or enjoyed the nice weather, so it was fun to have a reasonably busy open house. I met a lot of nice people.
